Inflammation in joints connecting spine to the pelvis can cause severe back pain, which turns out extreme sometimes. The severe pain in the back and hips makes the walking difficult. The nature of this pain is, which travels from the pelvis to the back side to the lower thighs. Subluxation in joints is found to be the villain of sacroiliac pain.
